Yup, it's not a typo, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are actually different. As this isn't a computer science lecture, we're not going to explain all the ways they are different just bear in mind that Machine Learning is a part of Artificial Intelligence 👌
So here in Spotix we do our very best to make our products as consumer friendly as possible and doing this goes beyond our fancy UI, with a team of developers with a uniform mindset of growth and development, we at Spotix will employ various means to ensure from making an event to booking and everything in between is hassle free and self explanatory.
In view of this, we have employed two technologies that have been here for a pretty while, Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning and as of the current version 1.0.0 we have three main use cases:

With the event bookers in mind, we decided to implement a feature that basically allows event planners to worry less about creating descriptions. We have a model in the platform that you can work with to make captivating event descriptions for your event.
One thing that makes us different is how in our little way we carry everyone along. Users can now ask a machine model who has learned about an event, questions about that event and it will provide answers 😁
Using Machine learning, we would create a system where users interaction with Spotix will be monitored and these interactions will be used to recommend events tailored to the type of events you have gone or the ones you usually view.
We want to leverage Artificial Intelligence to ensure that tickets are gotten from legitimate and validated payments and also ensure that there's more security in verifying tickets.
The fact remains that a chunk of the success of the platform is on the satisfaction of the Booker. We want to leverage AI and ML to create better insights for Bookers such as advanced price regulation where AI suggests prices based on user interaction and when to create discounts.
