Legally understanding how to effectively use Spotix services
Spotix PLC has a regulatory code of terms that governs how the services we provide under this name shall be interacted with. All services of Spotix PLC where this Acceptable Terms of Usage is appended shall govern the usage of the product.
2.1 Usage of Spotix PLC and all it
products is to be used for the purpose of establishing said products and Spotix PLC can't be held to
blame for misuse or no-use of services leading to harm of a person or
system.
2.2 In the event of an unacceptable use of service by users, Spotix PLC
has right of interpretation and may further take actions such as, but not limited to:
- Warning:
Providing formal warning
- Temporal Suspension: In event of multiple misuse or breech, user may
be temporarily suspended from using some or all features as they apply.
- Ban: Serious offences
(singular or repeated) may lead to permanent ban from our services and depending on the service, it
may lead to a ban from a third party service which is affiliated with Spotix.
- Legal
Proceedings: In the event of an action causing mass destruction, serious inconvenience to Spotix
PLC, it's products or users, we may take legal actions
- Public Disclosure: In the event of
actions that undermine public trust, Spotix may publicly disclose violations in response to protect
it's accountability and perform civic duties.
3.1 Spotix PLC offers AI services which are to be used to satisfy a specific goal and any actions that lead to injury or harm pertaining to misuse of our AI and ML provisions, Spotix can't be held to blame (refer to item 2). Also any injunction taken by Spotix PLC against a user who misuses our AI and ML shall not be used to hold against Spotix PLC.
4.1 Spotix products may extend to different roles and we would always have a primary
user and we shall provide protection for primary users.
4.2 Spotix Event bookers
have to be verified before they can receive payments although they can still make events and we
shall provide clear distinction between verified and none verified users
5.1 While using Spotix Ticketing platform only users with a specific role in the platform
can create events in our platform and attainment of this role is free.
5.2 We
have automated systems that can revoke booker privileges and we may follow the proceedings of
section 2.2 before revoke.
5.3 Payouts (money accumulated per event) may only be
completed after the event has taken place.
5.4 Section 5.3 may be
overridden if proper reason as to the enforcement of 5.3 will not hold and we may ask for certain
specific documents for event authenticity and may even have to come for in person
inspection.
5.5 Spotix Booker Verification Tag (BVT) is a tag issued upon
verifying a booker. This tag when combined with pay and event ID is used for initiating payouts so
keep it safe.
5.6 We may deny access to 5.3 if there is an ongoing report
claim(Inspection) on any of your events. Inspection typically occurs between 45 mins- 48 hours
depending on severity and authenticity of report. Payouts are restricted during this
time.
5.7 In line with our Privacy Policy, we do not knowingly offer Booker
services to users below 18 and we will take down events posted by users less than 18.
6.1 Spotix Telegram Bot is a programmed semi-intelligent bot which can carry
administrative functions. The Bot differs from Spotix AI and ML products as the bot actually has a
pre-programmed framework which it follows, however, it has some intelligent training which enables
it to carry some decisions, discover a flaw and repair by itself but it still is a
bot.
6.2 The Bot is a management member of Spotix and as such, has the right to
carry out actions from section 2.2 and it may not to subject to review
- If any terms aforementioned should be or becomes invalid in manner or application, the remaining
terms shall not be affected and invalid terms will be overshadowed by valid ones formulated in a way
that will achieve the primary purpose.
